:QUOTES: on DREAMS according to Alcott, Hughes & Power

LOUISA MAY ALCOTT (1832-1888; novelist):
“We all have our own life to pursue, our own kind of dream to be weaving, and we all have the power to make wishes come true, as long as we keep believing.”

JAMES LANGSTON HUGHS (1902-1967; poet, novelist):
“Hold fast to dreams. For if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly.”

J.M. POWER:
“If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.”

I love them all but I vote for Louisa May Alcott ;)
my favorite is Powers, I am going to make a card for everyone of my nine grandkids.
I like Power's as well.
I love them all, but somehow Power's is the one that really grabs me.
I'm going with the majority and say Powers.
This is my favorite: “Hold fast to dreams. For if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly.” I have this typed out and in a photo album from 1985. I never knew who the wrote it. Thank you for adding who did it! This is my vote!
