Kaitlin has enriched our lives in so many ways and I feel truly blessed to be her mother.
Initially, I had hoped to include a favorite photo from each year in this post, but realized that for the first 2 1/2 years of her life (pre-digital), I have virtually no favorite photos of her beyond the professional photos we had taken. Thank you, Classic Clicks (the business has changed hands since I was having Kaitlin's photos taken there, but still think they do good work).
Thankfully, we had those done every few months, but as for all my own photos, they're pretty lack luster.
However, once we got our first digital camera, I took a keen interest in photography and although I started out slow, I've had many, many favorites every year since.
I also realized that I haven't had a 'professional' photo taken since her Christmas picture when she was three. There's been no need.
